WINE YIELD FROM GRAPES: 50%
GRAPE HARVESTING PERIOD: Second 10 days of September. Harvesting by hand with selection of the grapes.
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes harvested are vinified at a constant temperature of 28¡C. The maceration lasts more than 20 days with frequent wetting of the floating cap with the most.
MATURATION: In French oak barriques for 12 months.
REFINEMENT: In steel containers for 4 months and in the bottle for 9 months.
COLOUR: Intense ruby red with light violet reflection.
BOUQUET: Intense and elegant with notes of mature fruits (blackberry and plum).
TASTE: Full bodied and well balanced, with the long finish giving a great elegance.
TO BE SERVED WITH: Game,grilled meat,very pleasant with mature cheese.
SERVE AT: 10 - 12 C
