HARVEST: handpicked early September for the Chardonnay, middle of September for the Grechetto and end of September for the Procanico.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are handpicked and pressed softly. The must is clarified through cold settling and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 18°C for 20/25 days
AFFINATION: in bottle for at least 2 months
COLOUR: vibrant yellow straw.
NOSE: intense with fresh white fruit notes, delicate floral bouquet, almond background.
PALATE: vertical progression of the wine, well balanced by a good acidity and minerals. There is a fruity and floral return, with structure and great length.
FOOD PAIRING: pasta dishes with rich sauces.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10/12°C
