HARVEST: handpicked beginning of November with manual selection of the grapes
VINIFICATION: the grapes are softly pressed in bunches. The must is clarified through cold settling at 8°C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14°C.
COLOUR: golden yellow
NOSE: elegant and complex with candied fruit flavours, honey and a floral bouquet
PALATE: enchanting entry balanced between sugar content and acidity. The finish is long with a pleasant fruity taste

FOOD PAIRING: blue cheeses or simple desserts.
