WINE MAKING PROCESS:The grapes harvested are vinified at a constant temperature of 28¡C. The maceration lasts about 15 days with frequent wetting of the floating cap with the most.
MATURATION: In the bottle for 6 months.
COLOUR: Rich ruby red.
BOUQUET: Intense and complex with hints of amarena and cherry, and touches of black pepper, carob and laurel.
TASTE:Warm and compact, with a good extract and well-balanced tannins.
TO BE SERVED WITH: Pasta dishes with red meat sauce, grilled red meat
and ripe cheeses.
SERVE AT: 10 - 12 C
