VINIFICATION: maceration for 15 days with numerous pump over of the cap in stainless steel tanks where the fermentation takes place at 25°C. MLF fully conducted. COLOUR: intense ruby red
NOSE: mainly fruity with strong notes of black cherries, carob and bay leaf.
PALATE: full and warm. The tannins are perfectly integrated with the wine components; the finish is fruity and long.
FOOD PAIRING: barbecued meats, mature cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16/18°C
