WINE MAKING PROCESS: 60%
HARVEST PERIOD: First 10 days of September for the Chardonnay, second 10 days for the Sauvignon, harvesting by hand, selecting the grapes to use.
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes are vinified separately at a constant temperature of 18¡C, and the fermentation lasts 20-25 days.
MATURATION: In bottles for about 2 months.
COLOUR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Intense, with citrus aromas and an inkling of flowers.
TASTE: Balanced, well-structured, pleasantly lingering
TO BE SERVED WITH: Fish, farro soup, soft cheeses
SERVE AT: 10 - 12 C
